Louis Archambeault M.Eng,: Experienced in capital market transactions: mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and corporate financings by acting as an investment banking financial advisor at CIBC and as part of the in house corporate development team at Goldcorp.  He has worked on a wide range of transactions types at all stages of the transaction process from setting the strategy, day to day transaction execution, managing service providers, negotiation, transaction closing and integration.
